Training: my "style" of training, what I do, how I train clients ...
What's my style?
My workout style is cross training. Cross-training means mixing in different workouts and training methods rather than focusing on just one type of workout. Not only does this help clients create a well-balanced fitness plan, but it can help them reach specific goals, too.
High Intensity Interval Training (Hiit)
This workout is great for burning fat because the intense intervals help kick-start the process known as EPOC, excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (AKA the “after burn affect”), which helps you burn more calories even after you stop working out as your body has to work harder and take in more oxygen to return to its resting state.
Using resistance to work your muscles; that can be your bodyweight, dumbbells, kettle-bells, sand bags, resistance bands, etc. The goal of this type of workout is to increase muscle mass.

My weight before the program was 138, I worked out every day ate clean. In just 4 weeks I lost 10 lbs! I felt so good not only in the inside but outside. We are our biggest critics, the only person who is holding you back is yourself! I will no longer be that person. I am no where near my goal but I am determined to get there and I will!
I lost 10 lbs on Maricruz’s May Challenge. I honestly didn’t think I was going to lose that much weight, but I did! Sticking to her meal plan and exercise routine helped in losing the weight. I have tried other ways to try to lose the 10-15 lbs that I had been wanting to lose, but none really worked. I started seeing and feeling a difference in little over a week and I felt amazing. Although it was hard for me in the beginning, being that I didnt exercise and eat healthy at all, in the end seeing the results was very rewarding!
