WHAT EXACTLY IS IT?
With my online training, you will be able to reach your health and fitness goals with the convenience of training in your own home or gym! I will evaluate your present state and help define your desired goals. You will have access to me 24/7! Your account will be set up on a fitness app where you will find your complete four-week training program with a daily plan to follow with your choice of 3 or 5 days. It will include workouts along with the number of sets and repetitions to follow. Each exercise is accompanied by a video to watch that explicitly shows you how to perform the exercise, so you know exactly how it’s done. I also have clients take progress pictures to keep track of their progress because pictures can say a whole lot more than a scale!
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
According to the United States Department of Labor, 70 percent of women with children under the age of 18 participate in the labor force. What does that mean? Well, that clearly means we have some very busy women and moms! With that being said, online training biggest advantage is its affordability and flexibility. Because sessions aren’t done “in person,” you ultimately make the decision of when and where you choose to complete your workouts. My online training costs less per month than a month of in-person sessions. If you want to squeeze in your workout right after work or when you put the kiddos down for bed, it’s totally your choice when you want to do it. If you have access to a gym then you can definitely utilize that equipment. However, if you don’t, you can also utilize a minimum amount of equipment at home and also get a great workout in as well. With that being said, you will also have access to me at any time! Just don’t go trying to call me or text me at 2 in the morning haha! But in all reality, you truly do have access to me at all times that you are partaking in my online services, whether it’s a question about workouts, nutrition, etc. I am here for you!
ARE THERE DOWNFALLS?
Sure! There can be downfalls to anything we choose to do, even in-person training if you don’t utilize your resources correctly and use them to your advantage. Now, you MUST be motivated to get the most out of this. You will need to be dedicated, disciplined, and focused. Anything less and you will be wasting your money. However, just like with anything else, if you don’t use it, you lose it. At the end of the day, whether you’re doing online or in-person training, you still need to be DETERMINED and COMMITTED. What good will any type of training do you if you are half-assing your workouts, stuffing your face with junk food every day, or skipping cardio, etc? You are only cheating YOURSELF out of success. HAVE YOU TRIED ONLINE TRAINING?
Obviously, as a personal trainer myself, I have tried both in-person and online training. There are definitely advantages to both.
